Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.

• The item is returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is provided.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for exchange.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer returns or cash refunds for change of mind. All approved exchanges will be issued as store credit, which can be used towards future purchases.

 

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with the return instructions.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Once your item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, store credit will be issued accordingly.

 

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges will not be accepted if the item:

• Has been used, worn, altered, or damaged.

• Is returned without its original packaging or proof of purchase.

• Is missing parts not due to our error.

• Is returned more than 7 calendar days after delivery.

 

Shipping Charges

Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. If complimentary shipping was provided with your order, we reserve the right to deduct the applicable shipping and administrative charges from the value of the approved store credit.
